At Purrlandia, we’re committed to your satisfaction with our post-surgery cat recovery suits. Please review our policy below to understand your options:

1. Return Eligibility
• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Hygiene exception: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once the suit has been worn or placed on your cat.
• Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized products, gift cards, and items marked as Final Sale.



2. Exchanges & Refunds
• Size exchanges: Available if the item is unused. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us to arrange a swap.
• Defective items: We’ll gladly replace or refund them—just let us know.
• Refund process: After we inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
• You’ll receive a confirmation once your return is approved.



3. How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at hello@purrlandia.com.au with:
• Your order number
• Reason for return (e.g., wrong size, damaged product)
2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with the return shipping details (address and instructions).
• We do this to protect privacy and ensure returns are processed correctly.

(We recommend using a tracked shipping method—Purrlandia isn’t responsible for lost packages.)

4. Return Shipping Costs
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
• In case of manufacturing defects, we’ll cover return shipping—just ask!
